President of the Management Board
Mr Bartłomiej Sergiusz Gajecki served as a Member of the Company’s Management Board from 2015 to 2016 and from 2017 to 2019, and before that he served as a proxy. He also held positions in the management bodies of the Company’s former group companies. Mr Bartłomiej Sergiusz Gajecki is not engaged in any activities competitive to the Company’s business and does not participate in any competitive companies as their partner or as a member of their bodies. He also does not participate in another competing legal person as a member of its bodies.

Ms Justyna Kuś graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. In 2012, also with distinction, she completed her legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law at the University of Warsaw and the Study for Tax Advisers at the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski i Wspólnicy. She has participated in numerous trainings on personal data protection and legal aspects of software deployment contracts.
Ms Justyna Kuś is associated with the Skłodowscy Group from Marki, within which she is, among others, since June 2015 a partner in the Law Firm of Legal Counsel and Tax Advisor Justyna Kuś, Dariusz Skłodowski Honestus spółka partnerska.
Ms Justyna Kuś specialises in economic matters combining legal and tax aspects, company law, labour and social security law and handling English-speaking clients. Ms Justyna Kuś deals with the transformation of business entities, disputes before courts in commercial matters and in court-administrative proceedings. She has experience in representing clients before courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.

Ms Justyna Fronc completed postgraduate studies in: Marketing in the Public Sphere; specialisation – Marketing and Social Advertising at the Faculty of Journalism and Social Policy at the University of Warsaw and Russian Philology at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
Ms Justyna Fronc is professionally involved in managing and coordinating the implementation of initiatives in the area of IT systems development, as well as developing methodologies and implementing standards for conducting projects and initiatives in the IT area.
Ms Justyna Fronc worked as a promotion and PR specialist at Polskie Radio “Radio Dla Ciebie” S.A. She has experience working for a bank and an insurance company in an IT systems development office as an IT Project Manager, and in a sales office.
Ms Justyna Fronc is not engaged in any activities competitive to the Company’s business and does not participate in any competitive company as its partner or as a member of any capital company’s bodies. She also does not participate in another competing legal person as a member of its bodies. Mr Jakub Ickiewicz graduated with a degree in: Corporate Finance at Vistula University and Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics, with a specialisation in accounting.
Mr Jakub Ickiewicz in the past in the period 2015 – 2018 was also in charge of coordinating the work of subordinate insurance agents, recruiting and training new insurance agents at Polisa Życie Ubezpieczenia Sp. z o. o. In the period from 2014 to 2015, he worked for Deutsche Bank, Concordia Finance and Open Finance as an investment consultant, selling loan products and actively acquiring clients through the recommendation system.
Mr Jakub Ickiewicz is currently working as a Sales Manager at Compensa TU na Życie S.A., where he is professionally involved in team management, the implementation of set sales plans, as well as the development and creation of new product offers. Mr Jakub Ickiewicz is fluent in English.

Mr Michał Sobiech holds a master’s degree in political science from the Podlaska Academy in Siedlce. At Avon Operations Polska Sp. z o.o. Mr Michał Sobiech is responsible for material procurement planning, contingency planning in case of emergencies and cooperation with suppliers located throughout Europe.
Mr Michał Sobiech is responsible for component supply planning to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels based on long- and short-term production targets. Mr Michał Sobiech is responsible for developing and maintaining good supplier relationships.

Mr Paweł Osowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. He participated in EMBA studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Montreal.
He is currently a director and co-portfolio manager of the investment fund Anderton SICAV PLC, sub-funds Challenger Impact High Income Fund I and Endeavour Real Assets Fund II (Sparkasse Bank). He is chairman of the board of Quant Ltd, ONEX Capital Limited, a director at NEXT Asset Management Ltd, based in Malta.
From 2004 to 2020, he was a partner at Warsaw Consultants, a strategic communications consultancy, and worked, among others, for BlackRock, ProService Finteco, IT Card SA, DLA Piper. He advised, among others, LitPol Link, the Polish-Lithuanian operator of the power interconnection between Poland and Lithuania, which connects the Baltic transmission system to the synchronous grid of continental Europe; Wolters Kluwer Polska, PointPark Properties, COVEC, Shanghai Construction Group. He has served on the boards of a number of VC/PE fund portfolio companies. From 2012 to 2014, partner in the law firm Pietrzyk Orzechowski Wójtowicz SKA.
From 2017 to 2020, expert of the European Commission (SME Executive Agency), on the evaluation of investment projects. Between 2010 and 2016, board member of public companies: Financial Intermediaries Polska S.A. and Arena.pl S.A.. From 2015 to 2020, member of the Management Board of PRBI, an international network of advisory firms based in New York (USA). Previously country manager of BlueBull AG, a financial services company based in Switzerland.
Mr Paweł Tomasz Osowski submitted a declaration stating that his activities outside the Company are not competitive with the Company’s operations, he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and he does not participate in other competitive legal entities as a member of their bodies.
