Mr Bartłomiej Sergiusz Gajecki served as a Member of the Company’s Management Board from 2015 to 2016 and from 2017 to 2019, and before that he served as a proxy. He also held positions in the management bodies of the Company’s former group companies. Ms Justyna Fronc completed postgraduate studies in: Marketing in the Public Sphere; specialisation – Marketing and Social Advertising at the Faculty of Journalism and Social Policy at the University of Warsaw and Russian Philology at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
Ms Justyna Fronc is professionally involved in managing and coordinating the implementation of initiatives in the area of IT systems development, as well as developing methodologies and implementing standards for conducting projects and initiatives in the IT area.
Ms Justyna Fronc worked as a promotion and PR specialist at Polskie Radio “Radio Dla Ciebie” S.A. She has experience working for a bank and an insurance company in an IT systems development office as an IT Project Manager, and in a sales office.

She also does not participate in another competing legal person as a member of its bodies. Ms Justyna Fronc has informed the Company’s Management Board that her name is not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained under the National Court Register Act.
Mr Jakub Ickiewicz graduated with a degree in: Corporate Finance at Vistula University and Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics, with a specialisation in accounting.
Mr Jakub Ickiewicz in the past in the period 2015 – 2018 was also in charge of coordinating the work of subordinate insurance agents, recruiting and training new insurance agents at Polisa Życie Ubezpieczenia Sp. z o. o. In the period from 2014 to 2015, he worked for Deutsche Bank, Concordia Finance and Open Finance as an investment consultant, selling loan products and actively acquiring clients through the recommendation system.
Mr Jakub Ickiewicz is currently working as a Sales Manager at Compensa TU na Życie S.A., where he is professionally involved in team management, the implementation of set sales plans, as well as the development and creation of new product offers. Mr Jakub Ickiewicz is fluent in English.

Mr Michał Sobiech holds a master’s degree in political science from the Podlaska Academy in Siedlce. At Avon Operations Polska Sp. z o.o. Mr Michał Sobiech is responsible for material procurement planning, contingency planning in case of emergencies and cooperation with suppliers located throughout Europe.
Mr Michał Sobiech is responsible for component supply planning to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels based on long- and short-term production targets. Mr Michał Sobiech is responsible for developing and maintaining good supplier relationships.

Mr. Zbigniew Opęchowski is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology, where he earned a Master of Science in Engineering. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He gained professional experience working for Ericsson and Orange, participating in numerous technology projects. He has completed numerous training courses in Finland, Germany, France, Spain, and Norway in telecommunications technology, security, and management. For 12 years, he has been involved in the development of companies in the fields of telecommunications, artificial intelligence, and medicine.
Mr. Bartosz Częścik is a versatile and practical manager with experience in several areas, including asset management, technology, and advisory services across a wide range of industries. Mr. Bartosz Częścik holds an Investment Advisor License (No. 390), managed a portfolio worth €1 billion for one of the largest investment funds in Poland, and successfully advised on the acquisition of a Polish private company by a British corporation. As part of his own business, he provides services to entrepreneurs, working with both startups (for example, an innovative plastics manufacturer) and established companies, advising on strategy, finance, and negotiations.
Mr. Bartosz Częścik graduated with honors from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. In addition, Mr. Bartosz Częścik is fluent in English (C2), German (B1), Norwegian (B1), Latvian (A2), and his native Polish.
