In pursuit of our mission, we carried out a thorough energy audit of a thermomodernisation project for a complex of buildings located on Gościniec Street in Warsaw’s Wawer district.
This is the first major step before the planned comprehensive thermomodernisation of this organisation.
Our auditors carried out a thorough inventory, took dozens of thermal imaging photos, collected complete data on the utilities consumed and, on this basis, identified and recommended the optimal measures, including:
- replacement of window frames and garage doors
- insulating the building envelope
- construction of a 30 kW photovoltaic power plant on the roof
- replacement of the heat source with a highly efficient heat pump
- introduction of good practices in the consumption of energy utilities by employees
